In Case of Emergency

It is normal for a tooth to be sensitive for a few days following your treatment. It may also be tender to bite or chew on the tooth being treated. Over-the-counter medications, such as Advil or Tylenol, will typically alleviate these symptoms. In a small percentage of cases, the existing infection in the area my cause acute pain and swelling. This situation requires intervention and we ask that you call our office.
