Fees per tooth vary depending on the tooth location and case complexity. The patient is responsible for all charges regardless of insurance coverage or the circumstances leading to the need for treatment. If you have insurance, we will be happy to submit your claims for you. Any co-pay must be paid in full prior to the treatment.

For patients without insurance, a number of options are available.

• 5% discount for treatment paid in full prior to treatment via cash or check.
• Payment of half down prior to treatment, the remaining half paid prior to completion of treatment.
• VISA or MasterCard are accepted.
• Where extended payments are preferred, Care Credit is available for those who qualify.

With some surgical procedures, a biopsy may be necessary for which there is a separate fee charged by the pathology lab.
